Microwave Sugar Cookie

This is one of my favorite mug recipes, and my sister loved it too. It tastes just like a sugar cookie, and you can whip it up in just a few minutes.





Microwave Sugar Cookie:
Recipe from Food.com.

3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 egg yolk
SPRINKLES!!!

Melt the butter and mix in the egg yolk. Then add the sugar and the flour. Microwave for 40-45 seconds.

Enjoy!
