SPRINKLES!!!

Melt the butter and mix in the egg yolk. Then add the sugar and the flour. Microwave for 40-45 seconds.

Single serving XXL peanut butter chocolate chip cookie

This recipe makes a cookie the size of YOUR FACE! It's delicious, slightly undercooked, and if you want to share ( you probably won't) it's family-sized. It's super easy to make because you can just mash everything up in one bowl and put it in the oven.

XXL Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie
Recipe from Sally's baking addiction.

 2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter ( use the thick non-natural stuff)
1/2 an egg ( 2 tbsp of beaten egg)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda.
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Mix together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until combined. Whisk in the egg along with the baking soda, followed by the flour, and then the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-19 minutes.

Enjoy!!!

French Toast in a Mug

I found the recipe on Kirbie's Cravings and made if for breakfast and it's genius! It literally took 5 minutes so you could even make it for breakfast on a school morning without it taking too long.

French Toast in a Mug
recipe from: Kirbie's Cravings

Ingredients:
2 pieces of bread ( ou du pain) cut ( or ripped if you don't need to take pretty pictures and blog about it) into cubes
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
a few pinches of cinnamon

Whisk the egg, milk and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Add the bread and stir it around until all the pieces get wet. Put the mixture into a mug and microwave for 1- 1 1/2 minutes.
Voila!

2 minute mug brownies

Mug brownies are genius. This is by far my favorite mug brownie recipe and this is great  if you want a little something sweet but don't want to make a whole pan or spend lots of time baking.

 Mug brownie:
Makes one very small serving so if you want more then that just double it. ( I don't know why but the consistency's not as good  if you triple it or quadruple it.)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp brown or white sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil

Mix everything together in a mug and microwave for about 30 seconds. The top should be bubbling when you take it out. Just be careful not to microwave it for too long or else it will get all weird and rubbery.

Enjoy!

UPDATE ( March 18, 2015)
Below is my new favorite mug brownie recipe. If I ever make it again anytime soon I'll update the photos and make a new blog post. Please note that this one makes about 3 times as much.

Ingredients:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted butter
a pinch of salt

Melt the butter and then add everything else. Mix and microwave for about a minute.
